Snail mail…

In the 1960s, the U.S. Postal Service used the term “snail mail” in their advertisements to encourage people to adopt the use of the zip code…

According to the wikipedia entry for “snail mail,” these adverts were placed in many┬ápopular magazines, but I could only find this one image during a short exploration of the web. Thanks to Orange Crate Art for posting the pic I couldn’t find anywhere else!
