Resolution Inspiration

This quote sums up my resolution for 2012:

“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” Arthur Ashe

My goal this year is to buy less and do more with what I already have.  I have books, music, games, stationery and art supplies a plenty.  I don’t need more stuff.  I need to do more with the stuff I have.  So I’m going to do just that this year.  I’m on an art supply and stationery fast and I’m getting my creative juices flowing!

Hi, I live in Chapel Hill and I am having trouble finding the Owney stamp. Do you know where I can get it? I don’t see it on USPS website to buy online either. Thanks.

      Hi Jeremy,
I couldn’t find a way to purchase just the sheet of 20 Owney stamps online, but you can get the pane of 20 and a commemorative cancelled envelope here, which is 10.95. It’s a couple bucks more than the sheet of stamps, but you get a nice keepsake, too! Hope that helps. Also, the USA Philatelic magazine (available at post offices) provides a catalog of stamps to purchase and may have additional panes available. I’m not sure if the magazine sells them longer than the website, but it’s possible. Good luck!

  4. I said that too…. Right after spending $60+ at a new paper good store I found called the Paper Garden in Sacramento. I could EASILY go broke there.. should be set (whether I want to be or not) for quite awhile.
