Obama’s Pen Pals

President Obama receives 20,000 letters a day.  His staff reviews every one and pulls ten for him to review each day.  Sometimes, he even writes back.

A new book, Ten Letters: The Stories Americans Tell Their President, by Eli Saslow shares, you guessed it, ten letters President Obama received and responded to.  The book, written by a journalist, explores the lives and stories of the ten letters’ authors.  I hope to check it out soon!
